Kiki’s Kitchen: Mini Corn Dogs

These little dogs are sweet and crunchy just like the County Fair!  Here’s quick and easy recipe for game night, kids snack, or just a nostalgic craving from your childhood.

What You’ll Need:

1 box of jiffy corn bread

3 kosher hotdogs

Mustard

Ketchup

STEP ONE: Cut up the hotdogs into 1 1/2″ in length. These little suckers are best when they’re shorter in length. Remember they’re mini, no need to try and impress someone with your 6″ corn dog making skills.

STEP TWO:  Dip baby dip. Make sure to get  a nice coverage of batter on your mini dogs.

STEP THREE:  Now fry, fry, fry……until your corn dogs are golden brown.

Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce. I’m ol’ school, mustard and ketchup are king!
